Self-pay laboratory testing and health consulting

We help adults in the United States order their own blood work without going through an insurance company, and we help them understand what the numbers mean.

What we sell

Laboratory panels

You choose the blood tests you want. We place the order with a licensed clinical laboratory, a physician in our network reviews and authorizes it, and we issue you a laboratory requisition form. You take that form to a partner draw site near you, have your blood drawn, and your results are posted to your account when the laboratory releases them.

Typical panels cover areas such as metabolic health, cholesterol and lipids, thyroid, hormones, vitamins, and inflammation. Individual tests can also be ordered on their own.

Price range: individual tests generally run from $8 to $120, and multi-test panels generally run from $40 to $400. The exact price of every test and panel is shown before you pay, and the price you see is the full price. There is no membership fee and no recurring charge.

Consulting sessions

A scheduled one-to-one video or phone session in which we walk through your results, explain what each marker measures, and discuss what you may want to raise with your own physician. Sessions are booked individually and are billed as a single charge at the time of booking.

Price range: $75 to $350 per session, depending on length and scope. The price is shown before you pay.

Currency

All prices on this website and all charges made by us are in United States dollars (USD). We do not bill in any other currency.

How delivery works

Everything we deliver is digital. There is nothing to ship and no physical product arrives at your door.

Your requisition form is generally available in your account within one business day of your order, and we email you when it is ready.
Your results are posted to your account as soon as the laboratory releases them to us, which is commonly two to seven business days after your blood draw. Some specialised tests take longer, and we tell you when that applies.
Consulting sessions are scheduled by email after booking and take place at the agreed time.

Refunds and cancellations, in short

You can cancel at any point before your blood is drawn, and we refund you minus a non-refundable platform fee, usually $20 to $50 depending on how many tests are on the order. If we cancel your order ourselves, because a physician declines to authorize it or we cannot fulfill it, you are refunded in full with no fee taken. Once the draw has happened the laboratory work has been performed and the order is no longer refundable. Consulting sessions can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours beforehand. Who can order

Our services are for adults aged 18 or over who are physically located in the United States. Which specific tests we can offer you depends on the laws of your state and on which partner laboratory serves your area, so a test available in one state is not always available in another. We do not sell to customers outside the United States and we do not ship or export anything.

This is not medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and nothing we provide is a substitute for advice from your own doctor. Your results are raw laboratory data, for screening purposes only, and nobody here interprets them for you. The tests themselves are performed by an independent laboratory, not by us, and we do not warrant the accuracy of what it reports. Payments and security

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified payment processor. Your full card number is entered directly into Stripe's payment form and is never sent to or stored on our servers. This entire website, including every page where you enter information, is served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
